OUR PROGRAM

General: The growing demand for quality performance and high standards by our customers necessitates the implementation of a Quality Assurance Program. This document establishes a program that provides guidelines for compliance and interaction between the customer and ExPro Services, Inc.

Availability: This plan applies to all divisions, branches, employees, and agents of ExPro Services, Inc.

Changes: Changes or modifications to the plan are prohibited except by publication of written changes by management.

Purpose: The purpose of this document is to establish a Quality Assurance Program for ExPro Services that provides an accurate picture of the team members’ actions and response to customer requirements through input from the customers.

Our Quality Assurance Program gives our customers an opportunity to play a true partnership role in helping us provide them with a better quality service.
