Quality Assurance to Explosive Professionals is not just lip service, it is a mind set. A culture that has evolved from years of meeting the demands and expectations of not only our customers, but ourselves. In the type of service that we represent, it is our duty to insure that every project is handled with a posture that assures our customer of a safe quality job each and every time.

Our Quality Assurance Program is a report card from our customers. It is a tool that gives us an

opportunity to evaluate our strengths and build on our weaknesses. It gives our customers an opportunity to play a true partnership role in helping us provide them with a better quality service.

Expro's Program

General: The growing demand for quality performance and high standards by our customers necessitate the implementation of a Quality Assurance Program. This document establishes a program that provides guidelines for compliance and interaction between the customer and Explosive Professionals, Inc.

Availability: This plan applies to all divisions, branches, employees, and agents of Explosive Professionals, Inc.

Changes: Changes or modifications to the plan are prohibited except by publication of written changes by management.

Purpose: The purpose of this document is to establish a Quality Assurance Program for Explosive Professionals that provides an accurate picture of the team members' actions and response to customer requirements through input from the customers.

Scope: The Quality Assurance form provided in Appendix A, outlines the scope of the program.

 

The Quality Assurance form provides a review of customer identified job performance concerns through customer surveys, as follows:
 

 

1. Response to customer needs on a timely basis

 

2. Job performance standards

 

3. Cleanliness of job site

 

4. Compliance with safety standards and issues

 

5. Initial contact upon arrival
 

 

Review of the following personnel related items are provided for:
 

 

1. Supervisor's actions / interactions with customer.

 

2. Conduct and professionalism of the team.
 

 

Review of the following procedural and problem areas are provided for:
 

 

1. The addressing of any problem areas that were not handled to the customer's satisfaction.

 

2. Whether the customer felt that any area or procedure could have been dealt with in a more responsive matter.

Objective: Review of the Quality Assurance form upon completion and return from each job is mandated to meet the following objectives:

 

Establish THE STANDARD by which industrial explosive services are measured.

 

Identify and take immediate corrective action on any discrepancies noted.

 

Identify potential problem areas and develop procedures to eliminate their development.

 

Provide for continuity of procedures and responses within all divisions and branches of the organization.

 

Establish a tool by which the performance of supervision may be judged and evaluated during reviews.

 

Establish a tool by which the professionalism, appearance, conduct and growth of team members may be evaluated.

 

Provide a baseline document to measure the growth and development of the company.

 

Establish a source of information that demonstrates the dependability, competency and professionalism of Explosive Professionals in sales' presentations to potential customers.
